A. Shipping by courier

For orders over 70 € the shipping costs and cash on delivery are free.

For orders up to 70 € the shipping costs are 3 €.

In the method of payment by cash on delivery the charge is 2 € for orders up to 70 €.

Delivery times for orders range from nine in the morning until five in the afternoon.

Alternatively you can pick up from the partner store of the collaborating courier in your area with the shipping code that you will receive from us.

We collaborate with the following courier companies: ACS, Courier Center, Speedex

Abroad

A. Shipping by Speedex & DHL courier

For orders over € 300 shipping costs are free.

For orders up to € 300, shipping costs are :

Europe : 15€

U.S.A : 55€

Australia : 30€

Delivery time: Orders take from 1 to 10 working days to be prepared, depending on product availability, due to the fact that the bulk of our products are made by hand.

For shipments outside Europe, the customer bears the cost of customs duties

In case a product is not available, your order will be executed on the same day we have it in our hands.
