Returns

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.

The products should be in their original condition in which you received it, with their original packaging and (if they have) the labels that accompany them.

The products that will be returned must not have been worn or used!

Products from personalized orders such as rings for which a specific size has been selected are not returned. For rings, you can only change the size.

For rings, you have the right to change the size up to once for free, the next change will be charged according to the desired size

We do not bear any responsibility for damage to the products after their use and we are not obliged in any case to replace them.

Product returns will be made only after consultation with the online store [email protected] (Either by e-mail or by phone).

The return must be accompanied by a retail receipt.

Return procedure

-Contact us to clarify the details of the return

-Pack the product in its original condition and include in the package and the retail receipt

-In case the product has a defect, or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel at our expense using the Speedex courier. In any other case you can use any agency you wish.

The return costs are charged by the company only in case of our mistake or defective product or if it concerns a change in ring size (first time). In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product you will be asked to select one of the following options:

A) Credit your account for future use within six months

B) Refund via bank account if the purchase has been made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer
